Dana Ford Lincoln is looking for highly qualified phone specialists to work in our Business Development Center, setting appointments for Ford and Lincoln customers. This position offers excellent income potential. Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals.
Drive traffic for the sales and/or service departments by setting appointments for prospective customers by:

• Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Responding to Internet Lead requests
• Following up with past customers
• Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• No Cold Calling!
• Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
• Comfortable with computers and technology systems
• Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
• Extensive, detailed, and paid training provided. We are invested in your success!
• Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
• Forward customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
• Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience a plus but will train the right candidate
• Team-oriented

• Bi-lingual is always a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
